Andrews Heat for Hire keep busy theatre schedule on track

<![CDATA[When a large theatre in Essex began to succumb to falling seasonal temperatures, an immediate solution was sought to keep performers and guests warm. We received an out-of-hours enquiry one evening, and had delivered and installed equipment prior opening at 9am the following day.

As an existing customer, our local specialist was able to propose a hire package which had proved successful on a previous occasion. In total, seven DE25 electric fan heaters were positioned around the main auditorium and ensured that a hectic programme was seamlessly adhered to.

This particular unit was chosen because of its aptitude for the application in question, and runs on a standard 13 amp domestic socket. Silent in operation, yet energy efficient, the DE25 offers the user a cost-effective remedy to cold open spaces without affecting the audience’s experience.

Our customer was very happy with our speed of service which saw us respond to a potentially crippling issue at short notice. The equipment was originally sought on a temporary basis but is now expected to remain on site until after Christmas – such was its effectiveness.
