There was further British interest in the men’s lightweight four and women’s eight finals, which yielded a bronze medal and sixth-place finish respectively.
Only New Zealand managed more gold medals (6) than Great Britain’s haul of four, but the latter secured the most medals overall – including four silvers and two bronze. This tally marks an improvement on that achieved in 2013, which saw eight won in total.
