All units in the Andrews Boilers hire fleet are compact, rugged and reliable. Our unique designs of temporary boilers are built in lockable, weatherproof secure steel container to minimise vandalism and damage. All our units are supplied with the controls and instrumentation, hot water central heating pumps and twin heat exchanges which are all situated within the container.
Built and designed for the harshest of environments, all our units have forklift pockets and certificated lifting points for ease of off-loading and placement. They are designed for unmanned, automated operation, with the latest in technology and environmentally friendly two stage burners reducing fuel consumption and running costs to our customers.
Our range of boilers is available in 80kW, 100kW, 250kW, 300kW, 375kW, 500kW, 1,250kW and 1,500kW capacity units, all of which can be coupled together in series or parallel to provide multi megawatt packages. These come complete with fluid pump sets, expansion vessels, pressurisation units and twin heat exchangers to supply individual thermostatically controlled central heating and domestic hot water at the same time.
We have an extensive range of accessories which include bunded fuel tanks, pump sets, temporary pipework, heat exchangers and power distribution to meet and satisfy the need for hot water in all industry sectors. All of our units come complete with a programmable time clock to control the supply and demand of the hot water to meet peak demands and we stock the largest range of bunded fuel tanks which are designed for maximum running hours when connected to our boilers.
Temporary Boilers and fuel supplies located in outdoor areas such as construction sites could be prime targets for theft, vandalism or unauthorised access. Our packaged lockable boiler hire units have been specifically designed and tested to reduce these risks. The reinforced steel container of our boiler units are supplied with twin access doors with double, high security locking mechanism. Hose connections for domestic hot water (DHW) and central heating are positioned internally to maximise safety.
