In this instance we were asked to provide a particular pump at what the client thought was short notice; as it transpired we were able to rapidly service the enquiry from our extensive stock as well as provide advice on exactly the right specification of pump to suit the task. The client was delighted that the pump capacity was such that the process was faster than expected
