All prices exclude VAT. A delivery charge will be added at checkout depending on quantity of units ordered. For deliveries outside Mainland Great Britain, please email us at aftersales@andrews-sykes.com. We will aim to dispatch the units within 2-3 working days after receipt of your cleared payment. A restocking fee of 20% may be deducted from refunds for items returned in their original condition within 7 days of purchase. Please note that delivery and collection costs cannot be refunded. If an order is cancelled by the customer for reasons not faulting Andrews Sykes, a 1.94% fee will apply. Any defect or deficiency must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

All units are offered for sales in line with the Andrews Sykes general conditions of sale or hire. And all units are covered by a conditional Andrews Sykes warranty for a period of 6 months.

Our hired units can be delivered direct to your location within a few hours of receiving your official order, our specialist delivery operatives will deliver the unit to you, position the unit and show you everything you need to know. We also offer an installation service for the more complicated applications. Sales units are delivered via a National courier and will be delivered to you within a few days of receiving your official order.
